Anchored Peer Support
- Peer support rooted in lived experience and recovery
- Practical help with goals, resumes, and navigating resources
- Ongoing encouragement that fosters clarity, accountability, and hope
Cumberland County Housing & Redevelopment Authorities
- Guidance through housing options and applications in Cumberland County
- Support with homelessness assessment, coordinated entry, and available resources
- One-on-one help from a HUD-certified housing counselor for homebuying, credit, and budgeting
Tri County Community Action
- Ongoing case management that helps individuals and families build stability and self-sufficiency
- Hands-on support with budgeting, credit, and financial planning
- Employment assistance and direct help connecting to community services and resources.
Homeless Assistance Program
- Financial assistance to help prevent eviction and stabilize housing
- Support with security deposits and the first month’s rent for those experiencing homelessness
- Case management and goal planning to support long-term housing stability
Community Empowerment Services, Inc
- Support for local organizations through marketing and fundraising guidance
- Capacity-building tools and opportunities for collaboration and networking
In Him Christian Wellness
- One-on-one support from trained Christian counselors
- Opportunities to explore coping strategies through art, activities, and interaction with a therapy dog
- A safe space to share your story and receive encouragement
NLC LifeWorks
- Complete an initial needs assessment
- Identify appropriate care pathways
- Access referrals to relevant services and partner agencies
