A mission to restore hope and remove the barriers standing between Carlisle residents and a stable life. We meet physical and practical needs with gap-filling services that don’t exist elsewhere in the community. We do this by partnering with agencies and organizations who are already providing services; then building programs to fill the gaps where there are clear needs that do not yet have local services.
