Our Staff

Ryan has served at New Life Community, as Lead Pastor for over 21 years. He oversees the spiritual health and direction of the church. Ryan works with the Leadership and Staff teams, to carry out the Mission, Vision, and Values, of New Life Community, including community networking. He is a highly creative leader, filled with optimism and passion, which makes Him fun to work with. He sits on diverse boards for both the Brethren in Christ, USA, and in the greater Carlisle area. Ryan graduated, from Emmanuel Bible College with a Bachelor of Religious Education, and also from Arrow Leadership, completing both the Emerging and Executive Leadership Programs.  Ryan married the love of his life, Maureen, and they have two adult children, Joshua and Alethea, and one amazing son-in-law, Matthew. He loves gardening, beekeeping, and hunting.  When he’s not around New Life Community,  he is probably watching hockey, enjoying good coffee, and connecting with people.
